DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bay City - Riverfront

We hosted my daughter’s Quinceañera at the DoubleTree by Hilton, and I truly cannot express how grateful we are for such an amazing experience. From the very beginning of the planning process to the night of the event, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. A heartfelt thank you to the event hosting coordinators, who made sure everything ran smoothly and stayed on schedule. Most especially, I want to recognize Azurah Karal, Event Sales Manager, who went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Azurah truly listened to our vision and made sure every detail was considered, which gave us so much peace of mind leading up to such an important milestone for our family. The service during the event itself was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or small issues that came up. Everything was handled immediately and professionally, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration without stress. A very special thank you to the bartenders, who received so many compliments from our guests, especially William. I heard nonstop praise about him all night. It honestly seemed like he knew everyone’s drink after the first round, which our guests absolutely loved and appreciated. That level of service truly stood out and made the night even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff, service, and venue exceeded our expectations. My daughter’s Quinceañera was beautiful, memorable, and truly a night we will never forget. Thank you to the entire DoubleTree by Hilton team for helping us create such a special celebration for our family. We are so thankful for everything you did to make this event perfect.

I recently had my wedding at Doubletree. It was a great experience. Azurah was amazing the entire time leading up to the wedding. She was willing to answer all questions and concerns I had, and always responded quickly! Brittany helped keep me calm the day of and took care of everything I needed! And as always the food was great.

My family and I stayed for my cousin's wedding. The service here is top tier. All the staff was professional, kind and timely. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The pool is super cute and makes you feel like you are at a resort. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and convenient (you must try the brisket grill cheese). As a former front desk manger and sales director for a hotel i can say that this is how a hotel should be ran. Jennifer is the manager and she definitely has an amazing team. From front desk, to housekeeping, everyone was polite and their uniforms were clean and well kept. Jessica was the front desk receptionist who helped us out all weekend and she is just a gem. Cassie gave me some bubbles for my 1 year old which really helped to keep her entertained while we were in the reception. Cassie you're amazing. Jennifer and her staff really made a 2 hour drive worth it. We appreciate all that you all did and hope you have a blessed New Year. We will see you again in the summer. The Washington/Smith Family

This was my second stay here with my family. The room was nice and clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. They have a pool and a restaurant with bar downstairs you even get free cookies we had a great stay. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will go back again for sure.

I stay here quite often, each time the rooms are clean, food and service is exceptional. I did have one billing error but the staff were very apologetic and fixed it on the spot. This will always be one of my favorite places to stay!

Very nice place. We found the room we had clean and spacious. The bathroom was roomy. The employees we encountered were all inviting and kind. We were there with a big group where we met up in the lobby a couple times and never were we made to feel like an annoyance. The view of the river was really nice from our window too. Overall we had a great experience. If you'll be in the area and need a good spot to stay, I recommend booking here.

Very nice hotel close to everything in downtown Bay City right next to the water. Upon arrival given warm cookies and free coffee in the morning. There's a restaurant on site which is very good. The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is a nice size and well appointed. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.I Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was warm, inviting, very friendly, and nice which always makes it a plus.

My daughter and now son-in-law held their wedding at the Doubletree. Azurah was absolutely amazing. She always responded to our questions right away and was a calming voice during a time when we were scurrying around trying to make everything perfect. The event staff was very kind, always attentive and friendly. We had a lot of glass cylinders and vases. After the reception they wrapped everything carefully, not one piece broke. All of the food was fantastic, no complaints. Quite a few family members rented rooms. All of the rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend the Doubletree.
